All across the nation, kids have longed for snow days. Some have even obscure rituals in order to receive the call: “No School, snow day”. With the winter season approaching the anticipation of snow has been in children’s hopes and dreams. The Current OC decided to investigate eight superstitions on how to make snow fall from the sky.
- Superstition #1: Put a spoon under your pillow; any type of spoon will suffice.
- Superstition #2: Turn your pajamas inside out before going to bed.
- Superstition#3: Perform and original snow dance.
- Superstition #4: freeze a white crayon and then put it under your pillow.
- Superstition #5: Run around your dining room table 5 times, watch the corners!
- Superstition #6: Flush some ice cubes down the toilet; yes, we know it sounds strange
- Superstition #7: sing “Let it Snow” before you go to bed.
- Superstition #8: count snowflakes, not sheep.
