You wake up bright and early…
You go to class…
And then to that club meeting at lunch…
You go back to class…
You go to practice after school…
You go home on an empty stomach and still have to prepare for the big test…
You put off one assignment due the next day, and the process repeats…
In the constant grind of the school year, there are many ways to relieve stress.
These 3 tips for dealing with stress could go a long way.
- #1. Always get a heathy amount of sleep, also make sure to eat a nutritious breakfast and lunch whenever possible.
- #2. If you find free time, go exercise. Exercise can help clear your mind and increase your focus on tasks on hand.
- #3. If you cannot handle the stress of your schedule, re-evaluate it. Try to only involve yourself in after school and extra curriculum activities you enjoy. If a class or a job ends up being too rigorous to handle, then figure something out….
