1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
Filling:
3 – 8 oz pkgs Philadelphia cream cheese
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
2 cups sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine crust ingredients. Press into bottom of spring form pan evenly.
Beat eggs until creamy.
Add sugar
Add sour cream and vanilla
Add room temperature cream cheese, one pkg at a time
Make sure ingredients are mixed well
Pour mixture into spring form pan over crust
Put spring form pan into the bottom of a large roasting pan and fill roasting pan with water until 1/2 way up spring form pan
Place in 325 degree oven for 1 hour & 15 minutes or until the center of cake is not loose
Allow to cool completely before serving
