With the holidays fast approaching, what better way to celebrate than with delicious food? Here are some favorite recipes of mine that always hit the spot when the holiday season comes around…
Banana Bread
1 cup sugar
1 stick of butter
3 mushed bananas
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 ¼ cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salts
½ cup walnuts (optional)
Directions: Mix the ingredients in a large bowl, then pour into a bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until top is golden brown.
