Football is most likely the biggest sport in high school, but there’s more than just football going on at the BIG game. If you keep and open ear and stick around during half time, you’ll notice the marvelous music of the ochs Marching band. Within the marching band you’ll find, percussion, Woodwinds, brass, and color guard. But what do they put into their band’s performance?
Like many other sports at OCHS, the marching Band started practice in late August with a tradition known as Band camp. This is a 3 day practice session at the high school. During practice days, the band welcomes upcoming freshman and learns their field and stand music, including music from Captain America, and DON’T stop me now by Queen.
