Sports require hard work, dedication, and a level of focus unmatched by anyone else. The mysterious sport of wrestling is all the same, yet many people fail to understand the difficulty of certain aspects of the sport. It takes a special kind of athlete to maintain a certain weight for a whole season of the sport; their attention to detail in their training has to be suburb in order for them to excel. But staying with a proper weight is impacted by the ways a wrestler eats before and during the season.
